Years 2001-2004. Equipped with the modern XRC controller.
The Motoman UP130 robot provides a high-speed, robust solution for your automation needs.
The Motoman UP130 sets the standard for versatility in the large robot marketplace. This high-speed robot offers minimal footprint and superior performance in both spot welding and heavy payload handling applications. The UP-130 features a 2,650 mm (104.3") reach. The work envelope extends behind the body, allowing tools to be placed at the back and providing easy access to weld guns for maintenance.
The UP130's powerful design, together with Motoman's patented multiple robot controller, allows the robot to be used as a 6-axis part positioner to achieve unmatched flexibility.
MOTOMAN's advanced MOTOMAN XRC robot controller offers flexibility, high performance, open communication and award winning ergonomic design.
Its design is compact but its functionality is not.
The Multi Functional XRC can "multi-task" simultaneously performing up to six tasks. The XRC has many advanced software functions including Advanced Robot Motion (ARM) Control providing high-performance path accuracy, and integrated collision detection.
The XRC's award winning User Friendly, lightweight, ergonomically designed programming pendant simplifies programming.
The expandable XRC cabinet has space inside to mount options such as expanded I/O, external axis control, sensor or ethernet boards. If more space is required (for example for twin or triple robot systems) the XRC is expandable by the addition of extra cabinets that may be docked on top or the side of the control cabinet in
either case providing a tidy cable installation.
The basic XRC compact design cabinet stands just 900 mm high and has a built in transformer.
